Job Description

• Assist manager on the day to day operation of the QHSE Department.
• Implement, maintain and improve organization’s Management Systems,
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
• ISO 45001 – Occupational, Health and Safety Management Systems
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 22001 – Food Safety Management Systems
• SS590 – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
• SS620 – Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices
• GDP – Good Distribution Practice
• STP – Secured Trade Partnership
• Report to the Manager on QHSE, Food Safety and GDP/ GDPMDS Management Systems performance, including needs for improvement.
• Maintain and update QHSE Manual and procedures.
• Appointed QHSE Internal Auditor. Initiate, lead and conduct QHSE internal audits & supplier audits.
• Coordinate communication with external parties on matters relating to the QHSE Management Systems, certification and licensing registration.
• Assist Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives/ Sigma Programs within the organization.
• Assist in managing the Non-Conformance Reporting framework.
• Assist Manager on QHSE related reports and data analysis.
• Assist to identify QHSE related Trainings for the organization.
• Additional functions mandated by Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quality or Safety-related field of study.
• Possess knowledge and experience in any 4 types of standards (in BLUE)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
