Lead a Marketing team to drive effective marketing programs to increase revenue and brand visibility.
Responsible for strategies, planning and executions to grow our Retail brands’ equities, increase our Retail sales and brands sales.
Support merchandising & e-commerce team in developing and driving the marketing plans for our core brands, managing its budgets and maximizing MROI.
Drive and oversee the success of all roadshows, events, athlete and influencer sponsorships.
Oversee all communications platforms and channels to ensure consistencies in delivery of key messages.
Build and manage all press and media relations to enhance support and coverage.
Liaise with Brand Principals and stakeholders on all marketing related issues.
Review and implement more efficient workflow for the team, including quality of work and trouble-shoot problems with long-term resolution.
Lead, supervise and ensure that SOPs are adhered to by the team. Refine SOPs where necessary to further improve productivity and reduce redundancy.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
Mature, strong leadership, presentation and analytical skills.
A good team player, working with colleagues across all departments and all levels to achieve business objectives.
At least 5 years of proven track record in leading a team in a similar capacity, preferably in the area of retail, sporting goods, lifestyle products or consumer products.
Strong digital marketing background and sports industry preferred.
Passionate, positive and a service-centric mindset are expected qualities from this leader.
Able to travel overseas for business and market visits.
