Job Description

• Keep track of import or export shipment and process.
• Provide documentation governance for submission, filing and audit purpose
• Liaise with clients for enquiries
• Handle customer feedback and escalate internal for action and resolution.
• Arranging transportation on goods delivery and collection.
• Capacity planning for logistics resources in transportation
• Generate relevant documents from system for delivery purpose.
• All relevant document filling mailing and upload to customer web portal
• Update and compile logistics related report.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ level and above
• At least 2-3 years of related experience in warehouse and inventory.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics will be an advantage
