Job Description:

• Pick and pack spare parts based on daily orders.
• Receiving and unpacking of new spare parts.
• Preparing of service and spare parts quotations.
• Attend to customers technical complaints via emails and telephone calls.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of service and repair activities according to the company’s standard.
• Monitor spare parts deliveries to customers and update them on the status.
• To assist in the servicing of Mosca strapping machines and providing technical support.

1)Repair and servicing of machines in Singapore

2)Commissioning of new machines in Singapore

• To assist in order processing such as creating of order confirmation, purchase order, shipping document (Commercial / Proforma Invoice / Packing list) and delivery order in sage.
• To assist in processing of warranty parts.
• To assist in inventory stock-take and maintain proper inventory control of spare parts.
• To assist in preparation of spare part shipments.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• ITE certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Some experience in electrical wiring of industrial machines
• PLC or material handling capacity experience a plus – Proficient in MS Office, Sage Accpac, SAP or any related ERP system will be an advantage
• IT Savvy
• Independent and possess initiative and motivation
