Job Description:
Prepare and maintain all related documents;
Provide administrative and support services;
Bill, collect, demand, charge and recover from the tenants such as rents, service charges, chilled water charges, interest charges, booking fees and/or other such sums of monies payable from time to time and issues reminders/notice to debtors and the issue of receipts on behalf of the Client for all sums received; (where applicable)
Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondence and documents;
Manage register of Tenants’ particular;
Control and manage the use of Common Areas and to approve usage of Common Areas on behalf of the Client;
Assist in preparation of the report as and when required by the Client;
Man 24-hr helpdesk for fault reporting by Client and direct them to the duty personnel on site;
Shift work is expected
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent (preferred, if do not have also can consider)
Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience (preferred, if do not have also can consider)
SAP accounting experience and expertise would be advantageous
