Job Description

• Source and negotiate competitive rates from carriers, transporters, ship owners and brokers
• Provide support to outdoor sales personnel and Agility overseas officers pertaining to rates enquiries
• Assist to provide accurate, rapid cost calculation, and providing clients with prompt quotations and proposal on behalf of sales personnel to clients
• Prepare and analyse of Project Tenders
• Prepare RFQs
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations and Overseas Officers to coordinate and execute shipments
• Maintain accurate and proper filing of all sales quotations
• Follow up closely with clients for outcome of sales quotations submitted
• Provide planning of shipment / schedule to client once shipment is executed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or relevant field
• With at least 2 years of sales support/coordination experiences in a Freight Forwarding environment
• Possess good communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player
