Scope of Work and Responsibilities


  • Co-ordinate customers’ orders, payment updates and other related matters.
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests via emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Experience in using ERP system for processing of orders.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills to prepare data or reports to the sales team.
  • Assist sales team in arranging appointments with clients.
  • Able to understand English and read simple technical documents. For the purpose of understanding customers’ requirements and learning about product features.


  • Diploma in any related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service
