Scope of Work and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate customers’ orders, payment updates and other related matters.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests via emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Experience in using ERP system for processing of orders.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills to prepare data or reports to the sales team.
- Assist sales team in arranging appointments with clients.
- Able to understand English and read simple technical documents. For the purpose of understanding customers’ requirements and learning about product features.
- Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service
