JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interprets basic drawings and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements
• To set up and operate Deep Hole Drilling, Honing, Press Conventional Lathe, Milling, CNC and Numerical Control machines to fabricate nickel and non-nickel parts by performance duties
• Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining
• Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions to Production Supervisor or Manager
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• To adhere and comply with the ISO requirements and Safety and Environmental Regulations
• All other ad-hoc tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• With Technical Trade Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 2- 3 years of working experiences in relevant industry
• Able to do Programming Process using Fanuc controller
• Able to work independently and perform shift work
• Familiar with Measuring Instruments
• Knowledge in operating Conventional or CNC Lathe Machines will be an advantage
