The Chemist is responsible for the implementation of product analysis, new products R&D and raw materials evaluation. Assist in QC/QA programs for materials and products.
Plan and develop products and achieve cost-performance optimization for both existing and new products
Provide technical oversight and expertise as required
Oversee the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
Coordinate with IRDS and other BU R&D to exchange, update products information
Identify and localize the technology transfer products requested by marketing department
Evaluation of competitors’ products to compare with similar products
Assist in sourcing and evaluating new raw materials to ensure products conformity and competitiveness
Document all R&D procedures and reports and monitor implemented programs to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of working experience and 2 years of relevant experience in R&D laboratory field
Have knowledge of construction chemicals including Epoxy, Polyurethane, Polyaspartic required
