Job Description:

• Assist maintenance Supervisor in all activities in maintenance operation.
• Performs daily check up on the entire machine to ensure it is running in normal.
• Report to the maintenance supervisors any abnormality of the machine, equipment found in the production
• Carry out preventive maintenance to the machine, robots and equipment.
• Ensures the availability of materials and spare parts
• Prepares the Daily, Monthly and Yearly Maintenance Programs.
• Performs troubleshooting and repair of injection machines, equipment, accessories, and other facilities used in production department.
• Maintains records of daily, monthly and yearly maintenance programs.
• Performs other project related to improve production operation.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and safety rules and regulations.
• Implement 5S and good housekeeping in the production area.
• Performs other tasks assigned by superior to achieve department objective

Requirements:

• NTC 3 or Diploma holder
• 1 year experience in work related and Plastic Manufacturing Firm
• Knowledge in troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic problems
