Job Description:
To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis.
Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management.
Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse.
Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager.
Requirement:
At least 1 year experience in customer service
Minimum O-Level
Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision.
Possess positive attitude.
Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment.
