Job Description

• Strategizing the development process, including raw materials and machinery
• Monitoring production and reporting progress
• Addressing any bottle necks or issues within production
• Training and providing guidance to manufacturers on the production line.
• Collaborating with executive-level management to align expectations and objectives.
• Completing progress reports
• Assist in ISO documentation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of a range of engineering functions and procedures
• A practical and logical approach to problem solving.
• Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Teamworking and people management skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and take on new challenges.
• Organization and time management skills
• project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• ISO background needed.
• An awareness of health and safety issues.
• Liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
