Lead, supervisor, manage and coordinate the overall operation events of the company
Understand the business nature, market requirement & policies related to day-to-day operations of freight forwarding
Monitor executive day to day activities/events to team to ensure every required support & demand are delivered to all relevant parties (E.g.: internal and external customers)
To ensure the flow of the work go smoothly
Identify and resolve related issue to maximize the efficiency in terms of time, resources as well as costs
Implement operational plans to improve and track all the work processes in compliance with organizational requirements
Reporting daily activities of team & department and highlighting issues that is considerably concern
Liaise with & attend to enquiries from the partners, clients, and teams
Driving business growth within a company
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Possess minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping / freight forwarding industry
