Job Description:

• Work with Production Engineers, Supervisors and Technician to design, develop, and improve processes.
• Planning and coordinating of production schedule and production output.
• Plan and implement improvement projects for productivity improvement
• Ensuring all monthly operating expenses stay within allocated budget.
• Support inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs with Maintenance Dept
• Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials.
• Producing Auto CAD drawings, nesting thru company smart system according to our standard specifications.
• Calibrating and troubleshooting of equipment /machines as required.
• Perform time study and improve standard time hour

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field such as Electrical,Mechanical/Mechatronics, Manufacturing/Production or industrial Engineering
• Good knowledge in reading electrical drawing.
• Preferable experience working in sheet metal factory.
• Min. 3 years of manufacturing process engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Basic manufacturing knowledge in cable harness assemblies, plastics and sheet metal preferred
• Experienced in the creation Bill of Materials structures
• Good knowledge on Solid Edge or AutoCAD preferred
