Roles & Responsibilities

1) Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage monthly payroll processing for workers in Timesoft system
• Prepare monthly HR report, foreign worker levy report and project costing report for data analysis.
• Submit foreign worker levy waiver and annual income tax (IR8A) for all workers
• Handle all employee medical insurance claim, WICA case, common law case.

2) Recruitment and Staffing:

• Assist the manager in the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage all foreign work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
• Conduct recruitment/exit clearance and recording them accordingly.
• Maintain employee’s personal files and records.

3) Training & Development:

• Arrange training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.
• Maintain training records in compliance with ISO audit requirement.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years HR Executive experience.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized.
