JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead production team of process/ industrial engineers, supervisors, coordinators and direct staffs
- Overall PIC for production’s output and quality/ schedule and upkeeping
- Lead improvement projects for production to improve quality and productivity
- Guide and train production subordinates
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field (high mix contract manufacturing) is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Teamwork and able to handle work in a fast pace environment
