Responsibilities:

• Preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT;
• Preparing for BIM drawing submission to consultants for on-going projects;
• Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawing and clash detection;
• Modelling for project tender drawing for construction sequence;
• Preparing BIM Proposal and Technical Proposal based on project tender requirements;
• Assist in participation of annual BIM awards;
• Any other tasks assigned by Managers.

Requirement

• Diploma in Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years BIM Coordinator experience.
• Proficiency in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
