Job Description:

• To assist and support the project team in preparing technical drawings, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Preparation and to raise purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification for works done.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting and basic Revit BIM tools.
• Preparation of production drawing and cutting list.
• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
• Quantity take-off and cost estimation (Architecture) for tender.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma holder in Quantity Surveyor
• Proficient in AutoCAD AutoCAD (2D & 3D), basic Revit BIM (Architecture and Structure)
• Able to measurement take-off and preparation of costing
• A positive working attitude with good initiative and responsibilities
• Able to communicate and coordinates with supervisor and other team member
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
