Job Description:

• To maintain/upgrade the plant electrical equipment alongside with team of production colleagues and technicians
• Supports and at times lead electrical maintenance activities as assigned by Supervisor/Engineer
• Ensure the team meet established specifications and schedule for maintenance plan work.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping are always observed
• Support production departments on Continuous Improvement, Preventive Maintenance to ensure high levels of line efficiency and line performance

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge and hands on skills in a manufacturing environment for electrical related equipment
• Good knowledge and hands on skills in using electrical measurement tools like multi meter, megger tester, infra-red thermal scanner, etc.
• Able to ready and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge in motor/ equipment control and wiring is a must.
• Knowledge in PLC (Siemens, Alle Bradley, Omron) is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in automated production line.
• Able to conduct training for operators and technicians.
• Perform maintenance works in an automated prdn lines.
• Control maintenance process and manufacturing issues.
• Must have team spirit and be able to interact effectively with others to ensure that all issues are resolved appropriately and efficiently, while complying the company safety and health requirements.
• Licensed Electrical Worker is an advantage
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
