Job Description

• Translate business requirements and high-level design documents into implementation of low-level design documents
• Work with the customer IT & business teams to manage the enhancements on of the Lotus Notes applications
• Liaise with the onsite teams to manage enhancements and support activities
• Perform production support, maintenance and enhancements
• Customer interaction and requirement gathering
• Design Document walkthrough
• Production implementation support
• Ensure the compliance to agreed service levels
• Ensure code is well maintained using source code version control
• Accountable for technical knowledge and guidance to junior programmers in design and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar.
• 5 years with experience on Wintel, control management , EPV, SSH skill experience
• In depth knowledge of developing / supporting Lotus Notes Client and Web applications St
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodology is a plus
• Banking domain knowledge is desirable
