Job Description

• 40% Hands on functional test management for the company CORE
• 50% “Developer in Testing” (you design and write software that tests software). You will develop automated test cases within the company test automation framework and integrate them with the CI/CD pipelines
• 10% Process Improvement initiatives: Help the team with process improvement initiatives in Testing and Quality assurance

Requirements:

• Required 10 years and above experience
• Preferably with financial services / technology product delivery experience
• Experience in test automation frameworks like Selenium
• Some coding experience in Java, Python
• Any experience in smart contracts/blockchain is a plus
• Experience as a test engineer in software projects, preferably in financial services or technology firms
• Able to create and maintain test plans, traceability documents, testing effort estimations and execute test cycles
• Strong experience in automation testing, functional testing and performance testing
• Experience with Agile software development, including continuous integration, automated testing frameworks like Selenium, and applicable tooling such as Jira, Git, etc
• Focus on outcomes versus outputs
• Good communicator who can work with geographically remote development teams and enable collaborative execution
• Good communication skills in English
