Work with Sales Manager in fulfilling the actions required form point of contact till successful delivery of aircraft engine
Coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled during the aircraft engine shop visit
Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engine to customers
Manage cost of aircraft engine shop visit within the projected budget
Ascertain accurate and timely invoicing to customers for services rendered and manage their outstanding credit
Resolve customer concerns/issues through effective communication and clarifications
Occasional overseas travel might be required
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum diploma holder
Team player who can multitask well to meet deadlines and requirements
Attentive to details, well organised and customer service orientated
