Job Description

• Material issuing and fulfil material demand
• Update and create Material Master Card
• Maintain transfer and in and out records
• Forecasting of requirements, provisioning parts and ensure part availability for timely output of production engines
• Inventory and stock management
• Interface between Internal Support Groups, Purchasers and Customers to resolve production/logistic issues timely
• Review/liaise in paperwork compatibility checking & spares paperwork issues
• Prepare weekly shortage report & update production chart to ensure latest info are provided for production planning

Requirements

• Vocational Institute / NITEC (Aerospace, Mechanical, Supply Chain) / Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in an Aerospace environment preferred
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
