Job Description:

• Reporting to Foreman / Production Executvie / HOD
• Assist Foreman to supervise a group of operators and technicians in daily operation flow
• Assist Foreman in plans and distributes the daily job duties according to the job orders received from the supervisor.
• Operating the General / Auto Press Machine to produce the required output within the quality control specification.
• Ensure the General / Auto Machine is running smoothly and efficiently in order to meet the production target according to production schedule.
• To perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to minimize the distruption to Production.
• To perform trouble shooting related to defective and quality issue products with timely and effectively.
• Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of General / Auto Machine according to the schedule sets and ensure the documentation were sufficiently detailed , correct and updated on time.
• Able to perform change model (change size / change tooling ) Independently and ensure the products able to meet the quality control specification.
• Provide and assist on technical & machine improvement project support when necessary.
• Able to communicate with other departments, In particular, The workshop, QC and store in the absence of foreman.
• Monitor the production wastage and take remedial action when necessary.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least O” Level or ITE in any field.
• at least 2-3  Production Technician Experience in Plastic or Can Industrial
• Experience with can industry will be advantage
• Physically fit
• Independent, fast learner with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
