Your position is an important one. A barista is responsible for excellent customer service, takes orders, and creates quality food & beverages. A Barista also maintains and cleans the store and aims to WOW the customers. You are to work closely with your Outlet In-Charge and Supervisors to work towards achieving targets and goals set.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes the culture and values of Bettr Coffee
• Provide excellent customer service
• Great multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
• Keeping equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions
• Handle POS, cashless devices and delivery platform’s devices
• To tally sales and cash taking at the end of the day
• Ensure inventory is keyed properly (Food/Pastries/Milk/Coffee)
• Good product knowledge – able to recommend new product initiatives to customers
• Punctual and maintains a good attendance record
• Able to work flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events
• Has the stamina to stay on his feet for long periods
• Keeps the store neat and clean
• Opening and Closing of store
• Keeping equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions
• Prepares quality food and beverages
• Promote new recipes (exciting new product initiatives)
