Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope

• To do receiving of physical raw materials and stock them into storage room or location in the production.
• To record in M3 system of the incoming raw materials quantity / weight matching with the physical count.
• To release raw materials to production based on MO requested.
• To release raw materials to production based on FIFO system.
• Based on MO called out weight and quanity to issue Rubber compound and Billets to production.
• To record batch number of all raw materials release and follow the work instruction procedure to isuue accordingly to production.
• Record in M3 for the return of raw materials eg: rubber compound, billets spring and carbide inserts from operator and sign off the MO material record sheet for proper flow.
• Ensure cleaniness and tidyness in both materials room are maintain.

Work Environment and Demands

• A minimum 3 years’ experience of relevant role in production environment .
• Good knowledge of types of raw materials of rubber compound and billets visual acceptance will be an advantage.
• A team player and having a positive working attitude towards work challenges
• Good attendance
