Job Description:

• Ensure purchasing requirements are reviewed and purchasing documents are prepared.
• Work with requestors & suppliers closely to ensure cost and quality effectiveness and work efficiencies.
• Ensure suppliers’ delivery is within the promised date and time range.
• Manage approved vendors.
• Manage Government Licensing and permits (License holder).
• Assist in after-sale customer support: Manage customer orders and inventories
• Participate in QEHSS activities.
• Recommend QEHSS improvement measures to the superior.
• Conform to QEHSS management system requirement.

Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 3-4 years working experience in related field.
• Good communication and computer skills
