Roles & Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, warehousing/inventory control, pick-pack-ship, and finished goods inventory.
• Responsible for ensuring a safe warehouse work environment by monitoring associate performance, equipment, tools, and employee/warehouse work areas
• Maintains inventory accuracy with appropriate materials transactions. Communicate schedules release data and all other logistics/materials requirement information to buyers, planners, manufacturing, and other teams.
• Maintains a high standard of warehouse housekeeping/sanitation, supporting a lean work environment.
• Leads, develops, and mentors direct reports; Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports.
• Plans and organizes daily and near term workload for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Delivers department goals and objectives while supporting the broader organization.
• Interact and communicate with all levels of leadership; internally and externally (customer & vendors).
• Promotes and delivers continuous improvement processes and programs.
• Manages the balance of safety, quality, and productivity performance to achieve business goals.
• Collaborates and coordinates with peers to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals, and objectives.
• Ensures that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed
• Develops, implements and trains personnel on policy work instructions, to ensure operational compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy load
• Must have valid forklift license
