Job Description:

• Answering internal and customer queries on status of orders, discrepancies, and determines what corrective action to be taken.
• To follow up and consolidate with traders on customers forecast before submitting to reports respective Asahi Group compounders.
• Prepare sales analysis reports for Management as required.
• Ability to develop and maintain a professional relationship with our valued customers.
• Build the relationship between Inter-Department, Asahi Global Networks and Asahi Group respective compounders.
• Handling feedback from customers.
• Ability to conclude orders.
• Liaising with Logistics Personnel in arranging internal sales logistics.
• Liaising with Technical Support Personnel to get more product knowledge.
• Handling inquiries, establish, maintain, and expand client lists.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Department Manager.
• To support business associates (Sales and Logistics) with timely forecast to Asahi Group respective compounder
• Understanding about Compliance
• To maintain & increase new business opportunity.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to relate well at all levels
• Fluency in English, Japanese, Chinese (to liaise with customers)
• Proficient is Japanese will be an advantage
• Diploma /Degree in Sales & Marketing with at least 3 years experience in relevant field
• Experience in Polymer or Trading
• Willing to travelling within South East Asia is needed
