Support and deliver HR services including recruitment, employee relations & welfare, disciplinary and grievance handling etc.
Coordinate and conduct induction program for new hires.
Update and maintain all training records, including evaluating training effectiveness through training evaluation forms and obtaining post-training feedback from employees for annual ISO audit purposes.
Create and maintain employees’ database in HRIS system, ensure proper documentation of employees’ personal information in P-file.
Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints and provide guidance if necessary.
Monthly payroll processing, including computing and/or verifying overtime hours, and timely submission of all statutory payments.
Participate in various statutory surveys and government grant submissions.
Prepare and administer HR related letters (i.e. employment contracts, confirmation, promotion etc.), memos and/or notices.
Manage all work pass related matters including new applications and/or renewals.
Be the contact person on all relevant statutory board matters with government bodies such as CPF, MOM, IRAS etc.
Job Requirement
Strong understanding of Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices
MUST have hands-on payroll processing and work pass application experience
Preferably with experience from manufacturing environment
