Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope

• To use forklift to support production on retriveing and returning of molds from the mold racks
• To perform visual inspection of mold prior passing to production.
• To perform visual inspection of mold prior returning molds back to the mold racks.
• To use forklift to assist producti0n to load heavy duty mold into the press molding machine using forklift.
• To receiving of new moulds from supplier and perform visual inspection of new molds. To record and engrave new mold nos on it that assigned by Engineering
• To use forklift to unload plallet of goods from external delivery trucks.
• Ensure forklift daily maintenance checklist are perform.
• To use forklift to exchange of metal chip collector cart for the metal CNC department.
• To follow CDI safe work procedure and proper housekeeping around the yard area.
• To support ad hoc duties as assigned by Production Leader / Supervisor

• Good working attitude and able to communicate with other department.
• Ability to obtain multiskilled to handle other challenging work demands and tight schedules.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must have forklift license.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
