Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver, install and commission Enetek systems at sites
• Provide phone, email and web/chat support to end users, resellers/partners and distributors.
• After sales support, including preventive maintenance on Enetek systems and attending to fault calls
• Support on batteries replacement jobs
• Stand in for standby duty 24 x 7 when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Technical Certificate in Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Working experience in building management will be an added advantage
• Must be result driven, willing to learn and be open to ideas
• Must be able to travel and work autonomously and be part of a team player
• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage
• Willing to work overtime
