Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, directing and monitoring respective areas including stocks receiving, order fulfilment, distribution operations and warehouse management.
• Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing goods.
• Closely monitor inventory management to meet the company’s needs; analyzing variances and improve operational gaps.
• Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team’s resources are utilized effectively and efficiently that work schedules and KPI targets are met.
• Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and equipment are operated in a safe Manner.
• Motivate warehouse team by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Planning and implementing improvements on design layouts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse storage.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, OJT, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Any other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirement

• Min GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma and above
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Physically fit
• Independent, fast learner with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
