Administrative duties eg ordering office supplies, filing and keeping records and general office administration tasks
Assist in HR administration related matters eg maintaining personnel files, coordinating performance reviews, supporting coordinating internship matters, preparation and filing of personal documents
Assist in maintaining any corporate SOPs or other relevant company policy documents
Processing, scanning and filing of finance related documents & records (digital & physical) in preparation for recording all business transactions in the accounting system
Supporting other finance and admin related activities (eg stock take, preparing POs, preparing invoices, coordinating with teams and vendors, generate reports from system, etc)
Manage petty cash
Assist in month-end accounts closing activities
Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Computer savvy and have software skills including Microsoft Office
Fast learner, independent, meticulous and accurate in his/her work
Good written and verbal communication skills
Mature and dedicated
Systematic and organised, with good time management
Basic book-keeping knowledge or experience an advantage
