To assign work tasks to the drivers/operators in the Operation Department to handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress & tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
Application of required customs and LTA permits etc… if necessary.
Other admin and billing functions.
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply, must be willing to learn PC literate
