JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customer inquiry, quotation, escalation & order fulfilment issues.
• Coordinate the sales activities between the Sales Team, with the Sale Program Manager, Sales Coordinator and Costing Team.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics departments to ensure the production scheduling & on-time delivery.
• Project management on new turn-on projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in electronic industry is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using ERP system, such as SAP, BAAN & etc.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. V-Look Up) will be an added advantage.
