Responsible to conduct Staff Orientation for new hires pertaining to Company policies and procedures.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, internal transfer, promotion etc)
Working in-conjunction with the Head of Department on all recruiting and interviewing staff.
Handling all HR reports.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Preparation of letter of offer, employment contract, staff confirmation, issuance of letter for confirmation, salary increment, promotion, termination, misconduct and etc.
Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation and termination include expiration renewal.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, attendance, leaves, etc)
Process Government Paid Leave, Training and Career Support Programme Grants, if there is any.
Handle and updating the foreign worker housing matter.
Filing of all personnel file timely on monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a full spectrum HR role with recruitment experience and preferably with payroll knowledge.
Good knowledge in employment law.
Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal) in Mandarin and English in order to cater to Chinese-speaking associates and teamwork skills.
