Job Description:

• To support customer on site for TP Probe cards on the following:
  -Card repairs
  -Pin replacement if possible
  -Advise customer on technical details for evaluations/improvements etc
• Liaise with TP Italy for any issues/technical documents/evaluations/follow up
• Work with TP vertical repair team for cards send back to Company
• Reports / Trackers update for internal and customer
• Support overseas sites if necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Electrical Wafer Sort/Final testing
• Skills in troubleshooting & isolation of problems, able to read PCB Schematics
• Possess strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
