Job Description
- Able to lead, manage & motivate a team of Female QC Inspector & Packers
- Assist in own department’s manpower planning and deployment
- Assist in ensuring smooth running of departments operations of shift on duty
- Ensure effective implementation of working procedure in QC department
- Ensure efficient and effective communications inter and intra departments
- Look for customer complaint information
- Monitor and improve production yield (in term of inspection, unjig & smoothness of QC flow)
- Work with production to ensure that customer delivery schedules and quality standard are met
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to the specific field
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software
- Able to work rotating shift or permanent night shift
- Able work in clean room environment
