Job Description

• Responsible for purchasing function .
• Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy .
• Prepare , issuance and monitoring requisitions & purchase order , ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time .
• Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery , collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors .
• Maintain and update approved vendor list .
• Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior .
• Prepare material plan .
• Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement .
• Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem / issues encountered related to delivery .
• Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quantity an schedule .
• Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule .

Requirement

• Diploma / ITC level
• At least 1 to 4 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably possess Class 3C Driving License
