Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliances and managing system documentations to the standards of SFA, Halal certification, ISO22000, ISO9001, ISO22301 and etc.
Responsible for implementing and updating QA and QC processes to meet authority and customers’s expectations.
Drive continuous improvement projects to sustain food safety and quality systems in a cold chain system.
Assist in the SFA inspections to ensure that all mandatory inspections and follow up are administered with strict compliances.
Complete incidents investigation on customers’ feedback working closely with Operations to identify root causes and corrective actions/ mitigation plans to prevent recurrences.
Identify Training needs and organise monthly trainings for staff to meet the Company Quality Standards
Ensure that all hygiene standards of the temperature controlled warehouse and processing facilities are in accordance to SFA standards.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of QA experience in a food warehouse/logistics environment especially in coldroom environment will be advantageous.
Possesses at least Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
