Job Description

• Ensure all shipping documents are in order before submission.
• Prepare shipping documents for AVA inspection and bank documents for payments
• Prepare shipping schedules and CFR insurance reports
• Liaise with freight forwarders on the details of all incoming/outgoing shipments booking schedules & making payment of local handling charges
• Coordinate internal activities related to all incoming/outgoing shipments with internal departments
• Declaration of customs clearance permits
• ASN creations at least 1 day in advance before the incoming
• Liaison with Shipping Line, Container forwarder, Ports for ant damages/extra charges incurred upon returning of the container
• Manager containers packing at the warehouse

Requirement:

• Welcome fresh graduate.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
