Hours per week:
• 4 3 3 4 days, day shift (8am to 8pm) or night shift (8pm to 8am), One month rotate once

Job Description:

• Perform equipment troubleshooting or PM on shift work.
• Ensure minimum downtime with systematic troubleshooting method.
• Handle operation and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and PDM (Predictive Maintenance) activities as according to schedule planned by the respective Engineer.
• Ensure the systems are well maintained.
• Provide updates or reports on the maintenance works.
• Participate actively in key project such as cost reduction, system improvement, Cpk improvement, new equipment system development and qualification, new material evaluation/qualification, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of Equipment maintenance. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling: automation system, cylinder, linear axis, motors
• Working knowledge in International Standards such as ISO140001, OSHAS 180001, etc.
• Possess hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting or preventive maintenance.
