Job Description:

• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Administrative & secretarial support to senior management.
• Reminding senior management of important tasks and deadlines.
• Handling of in-coming matters and correspondences.
• General administrative duties, as and when directed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year customer service or admin experience.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Flexible attitude/ driven, self-motivated and goal orientated
