Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Able to lead, manage & motivate a team
  2. Assist in own department’s manpower planning and deployment
  3. Assist in ensuring smooth running of departments operations of shift on duty
  4. Look for customer complaint information
  5. Monitor and improve production yield
  6. Work with production to ensure that customer delivery schedules and quality standard are met

 

Requirement

  • At least Secondary level or equivalent.
  • Min 2- 3 year working experience in manufacturing environment
