Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the repairing and servicing of molds, modification on tooling and its defects, operating conventional machines, fabricating inserts per blue print tolerances, bench fitting and correction repairs of new tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings
- Assemble, dismantle and fabricate new plastics molds
- Perform milling, grinding and turning of mold inserts
- Troubleshoot molding problems and perform mold repairs when needed
- Inspect all mold components and work pieces
- Implement improvement plans for new mold-making
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/”O” Level and Diploma or any field.
- with minimum 3 years’ experience in plastic injection molding
- Independent, fast learner with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
- Adhere to Environment Health and Safety requirement at workplace.
