JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs inspection on raw materials/machined part by conducting visual and dimensional check to ensure it meets the required specifications
- Records all findings discovered during quality inspection which includes measurements, test results and visual defects
- Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests conducted on the products
- Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and documents supported are updated
- Assist QA Engineer in inspection verification and reviewing of all inspection reports for compliance
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by complying with standards and procedures and in accordance with the site’s Health and Safety regulations
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to read drawings of products and understanding machining process will an advantage
- Good knowledge of measuring equipment such as dial gage, calliper, micro meter, hardness tester and etc.
- Minimum 1 years of manufacturing experience
