Job Description

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to produce finished goods according to specifications, schedules, quantity and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment safely in accordance with operation instructions.
• Record all necessary process data into log sheet for manufacturing record.
• Prepare raw materials, packaging accessories before blending and complete labelling, packaging correctly after filling finished products.
• Collect, keep and store production intermediates, finished goods samples, excess, waste in proper containers with clear labels, abiding to chemical handlings practices, company rules and regulations.
• Accountable for following-up and signing-off working checklist.
• Clean production equipment and work areas in accordance to proper practice
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required by the immediate superior or management.

Requirement:

• Ability to understand/converse in basic English Language.
• Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in premix manufacturing industry and preferably possess recognized MOM forklift handling license
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Be safety conscious and vigilant to surrounding activities, considerate to fellow workers while carrying out work and duties.
• Able to perform batching work with minimum supervision.
• Can organize activities on his own from beginning to completion
• Can multi-task without compromising to health, safety, quality and environment.
• Practice safe work behaviours and highlighting non-safe work behaviours and practices.
• Be able to carry the product weight of 25-40 kilograms.
