JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage account payable cycle such as matching account payable invoices with purchase requisition and order and goods received note and making payment to account payable etc.
• Manage account receivable cycle such as sending SOA to customer, opening of new account receivables and follow up with account receivables etc.
• Manage petty cash claim and ensure disbursement/reimbursement payout timely Assist in monthly and yearly account closing
• any other finance ad-hoc duties

Requirement

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Having good time management and be able to work within deadlines.
• Good team player with ability to interact with all levels.
