Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of customers, understand customer specific requirement and expectation to deliver “Customer satisfaction and complaint.
• Analyse and proper handling of customer complaint, return products and corrective action verification and tracking of customer
• Engineering change to ensure the ECN is implement.
• To lead and provide support to customer audit and participate in new projects: PPAP submission to understand meet customer quality requirements.
• Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and co-ordinate with internal team on new updated documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent with min 5 years working experience in automotive industry environment
• Knowledge in Minitab application, EMS 14001, ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 QMS
• PFMEA, CP SPC, 5 why’s, fault tree analysis tools, 8-D problem solving and DMAIC report methodology
• Proficient in Microsoft, possess good working knowledge of QC Tools, GD&T, statistical process control and problem solving knowledge
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skill and have a strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs
